K8 Kerridge ERP Manager/Expert
Based at our Birmingham HQ, you will work at least 40 hours per week with 3 days on site. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include:
Strategic ERP / Application Management
* Effectively manage resources across both BAU support and project work, ensuring seamless operations and the achievement of project goals within the dynamic environment of the ERP function.
* Manage software deployment and administration across multiple PROD and non-PROD environments, including staff training across various departments.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Engage regularly with key internal stakeholders (Operational, Finance, Commercial), fostering positive relationships and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, primarily concerning software development, deployment, and support.
Vendor Relationship Management
* Collaborate with third-party suppliers such as Kerridge Commercial Systems, Magento, and others to optimize ERP functionality.
Change Management
* Oversee support calls (2nd line) and Software Change Requests, focusing on continuous improvement and vendor communication.
QA Team Support
* Support the QA team in testing processes, ensuring system changes are validated before deployment to maintain system stability.
ERP Training
* Train staff through one-on-one and group sessions tailored to roles like sales, warehouse, and management.
Requirements
* Gather and document ERP system requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to propose developments and promote efficient IT solutions for business improvements and cost reduction.
* Participate in internal software development and contribute to ERP system enhancements.
Additional Responsibilities
* Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new developments.
* Create reports using Report Generator to support decision-making.
* Analyze central business processes, including Product Management, Buying, and ERP modules like Sales & Nominal Ledger.
* Achieve immediate objectives such as Go Live with HHD, paperless operations, batch picking, automated pick sequences, stock build suggestions, and warehouse automation.
Requirements
* Strong interpersonal skills and experience in training and development.
* Proficiency in report generation and KPI analysis.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills.
