We are seeking a skilled Social Commerce Account Manager to join our team at E-commsult LTD, a renowned Growth Agency based in Manchester, UK. Our agency supports brands in navigating the evolving landscape of e-commerce, leveraging our team's over 20 years of combined experience.
This is a full-time remote role where you will be responsible for managing social commerce accounts, implementing performance marketing strategies, and driving brand and product visibility. Day-to-day tasks include optimising campaigns, analysing data, and collaborating with clients to achieve growth and success in the e-commerce landscape.
As the primary client liaison, you will oversee the entire relationship, working closely with internal team members to provide regular performance reports and insightful analysis. You will meet with the client regularly and act as the main point of contact internally for all performance-related matters. Continuously striving to exceed client expectations, you will proactively identify opportunities for improvement and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client goals are met and actions are implemented effectively.
