EchoBlue Media Group operates world-leading B2B digital platforms across various high-tech industries.
We develop digital platforms that connect industry-leading companies with key decision-makers across three high-tech sectors: aerospace and defense, robotics/unmanned systems, and maritime technologies. Our platforms—Defense Advancement (DA), Unmanned Systems Technology (UST), and Ocean Science Technology (OST)—serve as trusted resources for government agencies, research/defense organizations, and industry professionals.
Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding and Account Management:
* Seamlessly integrate new clients onto our platforms, supporting them with conversion tracking attribution and reporting if required.
* Nurturing existing clients to ensure all clients are fully utilizing our services.
Material and Asset Coordination:
* Collaborating with our clients to gather essential materials and assets and then liaising with our content team to enhance client profiles.
Performance Reviews and Dashboard Management:
* Conducting regular performance reviews with clients, offering insights and strategies to improve their profile's effectiveness and audience reach.
Digital Advertising Sales:
* Strategizing with clients on additional advertising opportunities (such as banner advertising) throughout the year.
Renewals and Client Retention:
* Taking charge of the renewal process, ensuring a high retention rate by demonstrating continuous value addition.
Content Monitoring and Social Media Engagements:
* Proactively monitoring client websites and social media activity for potential content sharing opportunities, aiming to amplify their online presence and engagement.
* Day-to-day you will handle enquiries and requests from multiple customers and address their needs to deliver outstanding client satisfaction.
* Maintain regular communication and meetings with clients to provide them with service updates, performance reports and process their annual renewal.
* Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Educated to at least A Level standard, however a degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management or similar is desirable but not essential.
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience of account management within a SaaS, publishing, digital marketing or agency environment.
* Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce or an equivalent CRM.
* Experience and understanding of LinkedIn as a platform.
* Experience of a digital marketing environment and digital marketing products.
* Experience in SaaS, MarTech or performance marketing is desirable but not essential.
* An understanding or interest in the aerospace, maritime and defence industries is desirable but not essential.
* Additional languages will be considered beneficial.

* Analytical skills - competence in analysing client performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement and strategies for client retention and growth.

Compensation:
35-45k base, 10k OTE (conservative)—uncapped.
