2nd Line Technical Helpdesk Analyst - Permanent - Bristol - up to GBP33k base
We need an experienced 2nd Line Helpdesk/ServiceDesk Analyst for a permanent role in Bristol.
This role will be primarily phone-based and using remote connectivity, and you'll be responsible for solving clients' IT problems.
Our Client is a premier managed services provider of IT support services, and their clients range from 10 to 300 users in the UK and use the very best technologies.
You'll have experience in a 2nd line IT support role with server admin/troubleshooting skills along with knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Firewall, virtualization, Hyper V, and 365 admin and troubleshooting skills in 2nd Line.
