Are you an experienced AP professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment? Our client, a rapidly growing organization in the Philadelphia suburbs, is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst who’s ready to step into a high-visibility role that combines tactical execution with process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
This is not your average AP job. You’ll be a key player in managing a centralized AP function across multiple international locations—while helping transition to a new ERP system, working closely with Treasury, and driving efficiencies that make a real impact on the bottom line.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Handle full-cycle AP: match, code, enter, and process invoices with speed and accuracy
* Partner with procurement to ensure POs and invoices are aligned and approved per policy
* Prepare and schedule payment runs while coordinating with the Treasury team on timing and cash flow
* Serve as the go-to contact for global vendor inquiries and internal AP questions
* Investigate and resolve payment issues quickly to maintain strong vendor relationships
* Keep vendor records clean and audit-ready with complete documentation and compliance
Reporting & Compliance
* Prepare and analyze AP aging reports to keep payments on track and identify risks early
* Assist with 1099 preparation and ensure accurate reporting for year-end compliance
* Support audits and internal controls by maintaining thorough, organized records
Process Improvement & Systems
* Collaborate with finance and IT teams on the company’s ERP transition
* Play a lead role in migrating data, testing workflows, and training users
* Identify areas to streamline and standardize processes as the company scales
What We’re Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance—or equivalent hands-on experience
* At least 4 years of solid AP experience in a mid-sized or global company
* Strong Excel skills and comfort navigating ERP systems (prior migration experience a big plus)
* A sharp eye for detail and a natural sense of urgency
* Strong communicator who works well across departments and time zones
* Bonus points if you’ve worked in a private equity environment or a multi-entity organization
