Our team is highly motivated, friendly, veryexperienced and efficient and presently comprises GP Partners, salaried GPs, Practice Nurses, Administrative and Dispensary teams and various ARRS roles The practice is CQC rated Good, with high QOF achievement andvery positive patient feedback. We work with EMIS Clinical System, DocMan 10,Accurx and Digital Dictation.

Main duties of the job
Dressing Service including the undertaking and overview of variousdressing, of differing levels of complexity and variety commensurate withexperience and qualification. With the willingness to develop these skillsfurther with appropriate support etc.

Support the Practice Nurses with health promotion programmes.
Carry out baseline observations such as pulse oximetry, blood pressure,temperature, pulse rate, recording findings accurately
Facilitate routine and 24-hour BP monitoring, advising patientsaccordingly
Support the Practice Nurses with the management of chronic diseaseclinics
Carry out BMI checks as directed
Act as a chaperone as required and assist GP with minor procedures suchas coil fitting
IM injections such as vitamin B12
Administer flu vaccinations and other vaccines if appropriately trained
Carry out ECGs as requested
Ensure specimens are recorded and ready for onward transportation
Monitoring stock control
Other administrative and clinical duties that might be required fromtime to time
