Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented PAM Specialist to manage and secure privileged accounts across our enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Privileged Access Management systems to ensure that our systems, data, and applications are protected from unauthorized access.
As a PAM Specialist, you will collaborate with internal teams, perform audits, develop access controls, and help establish best practices to safeguard sensitive systems. You will play a critical role in maintaining a secure IT environment and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor privileged access accounts across multiple platforms, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
Implement, configure, and maintain PAM solutions (such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic).
Define and enforce access policies and controls for privileged accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Conduct regular audits of privileged accounts, ensuring they are properly documented and access is limited to authorized users.
Provide guidance and support to other security and IT teams in securing access to critical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve PAM-related issues in a timely manner.
Monitor and respond to security events and incidents involving privileged access.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of PAM systems and processes, recommending improvements.
Work with stakeholders to integrate PAM solutions into other security infrastructure, including identity and access management (IAM) and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Assist with the development and execution of security awareness training related to privileged access.Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in implementing and managing Privileged Access Management solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Thycotic, BeyondTrust, or similar).
Solid understanding of IT security best practices and industry standards, including ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and other directory services.
Familiarity with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and identity governance solutions.
Strong knowledge of privileged account lifecycle management, password vaulting, and session monitoring.
Ability to troubleshoot complex PAM-related technical issues and provide clear solutions.
Experience in security auditing, reporting, and compliance management.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PAM certifications) are a plus.Why Join Us:
