Business Sales Executives within our International Student Recruitment Team: As a Business Sales Executive, you'll provide customers with information, help, and advice about products or services with the aim of making sales and retaining clients. Ilford College of Business Management is a leading educational services organization providing a new generation of counselling and placement services to local and international students. We are a student recruitment company serving students from inside the UK and outside the UK, including South Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
Business Sales Executives will run the sales departments to offer goods and services to associates and students for profit. Their primary duties include approaching prospective students and associates, winning new consultants and clients, maintaining good relationships with associates, and setting sales goals. You'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining lasting relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for the company. Business Sales Executives often make cold calls, arrange meetings with clients, respond to emails and telephone calls, and meet with clients face-to-face. You will work both in the office and on the field, where you will find clients and negotiate prices. Business Sales Executives will deal with universities in the UK and Europe, delivering sales materials to our clients, associates, and students in the UK and outside the UK, including South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Business Sales Executives duties and responsibilities:
1. Acting as a point of contact between students, associates, and universities/colleges.
2. Maintaining relationships with clients and customers to understand their needs.
3. Engaging with offer holders through multiple communication channels.
4. Actively guiding applicants through the entire application cycle.
5. Advising students on how to meet outstanding conditions, interviews, outstanding documents, and English tests.
6. Responding to client queries and resolving their objections to encourage purchases.
7. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results, contributing ideas, and providing feedback as needed.
8. Advising product developers on improvements for forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
9. Providing associates and students with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations.
10. Meeting with students, associates, and universities virtually or during sales visits.
11. Maintaining accurate records, reviewing sales performance, and negotiating contracts and packages.
12. Achieving and exceeding sales targets on a regular basis.
13. Helping students and families choose a school, college, university, or other programmes.
14. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
15. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our company system.
16. Representing Ilford College of Business Management at events and exhibitions as needed.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary: £38,600 – £40,000 yearly
