We are looking for a Workshop Manager to join a UK wide Accident repair company.
* Salary up to £40,000pa + Company bonus scheme
* Contracted up to 45 hours per week
* Monday to Friday 08:30 18:00 Every other weekend
* 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

As a Workshop Manager, you will manage and develop the workshop team, providing technical support to staff and customers. Taking a hands-on approach, you will assign daily tasks and focus, supervise operations to ensure productivity, and guide team members on technical challenges.
You will oversee all Health and Safety and safe working practices within the workshop and ensure the provision and ongoing condition of workshop tools and equipment, arranging purchase, repair, and calibration as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) and a strong understanding of diagnostic procedures, mechanical and electrical fault finding, and routine servicing to support the workshop, along with management experience and knowledge of Management systems.
Workshop Manager - Experience & Skills
* NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
* 3+ years previous experience in a similar role within an automotive workshop
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Supervisory / Management experience
* Understanding of Management systems (Ideally: CDK, Keyloop or Kerridge)
