At the 55 by Le Mirage we are looking for people who are thoughtful and reliable and who show they care by making guests feel totally comfortable – We put people at the heart of everything we do and are looking to recruit a friendly, spirited Guest Services Agent, working primarily days with flexibility to take on the occasional night shift.

What will you be doing?
* Carry out the minimum of 2 security checks at regular intervals with special emphasis on security, fire and safety.
* Check hotel guests in and out and assist with luggage when required.
* Serve light snacks to company standards.
* Ensure all revenue is correctly charged and monies are securely kept.
* To ensure the total cash takings balance with the Mews settlements report and the receipt sheet and to complete the banking according to the correct procedure.
* Ensure a sound knowledge of the local area regarding history, places of interest and special events and where further information can be obtained.
* Actioning of early morning calls at the time specified and to the standards laid down.
* The preparation of Breakfast Service.
* Cleaning of areas as requested, removal of all trays from public areas, bedroom corridors as necessary.
* To attend all relevant training as and when required.
* To show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary. The role has an element of F&B service.
