Paraplanner - Based In Harrogate

We're looking for a skilled Paraplanner with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality financial planning support. Working closely with a team of Advisers and Paraplanners, you’ll play a key role in crafting suitability reports, conducting in-depth product and portfolio research, and helping clients achieve their financial goals through best-in-class advice.
What you'll be doing:
1. Creating compliant and technically accurate suitability reports, tailored to client needs
2. Conducting research and analysis across investments, pensions, and protection products
3. Assisting with asset allocation analysis and supporting application documentation
4. Maintaining up-to-date report templates and ensuring compliance with internal policies
5. Working collaboratively with Advisers and the Compliance Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience
6. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and evolving best practices
What we’re looking for:
1. At least 2 years' experience in a Paraplanning role
2. Excellent report writing skills and a strong grasp of financial planning principles
3. Experience with pension switching, transfer products, and ideally cashflow forecasting
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
5. Strong communicator and collaborative team player
6. Self-motivated and comfortable managing multiple priorities
