Shelley Capital Management is looking to hire an experienced Lettings & Property Manager to run and grow its Liverpool office. The Liverpool office currently services portfolio landlords with lettings and property management services. The role will suit somebody who has at least 2-3 years of residential lettings (houses, flats and HMOs) and property management experience who is seeking a managerial role in an entrepreneurial, growing company.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring all current properties are let and adequately managed
* Dealing with tenant and landlord queries
* Managing new lettings and renewals
* Managing all property maintenance and repairs
* Managing all property and business compliance matters
* Providing weekly and monthly reporting to the Business Manager
* Finding new client landlords and growing the business
* Assisting with new marketing strategies
* Expanding the business presence through social media
* Attending networking events and property shows
This is an exciting role for an enthusiastic, forward-thinking and creative person who possesses good communication and people management skills with an eye for detail. The role will currently involve managing one current employee and reporting into two members of the senior management team who are also there to provide support and guidance.
Salary: £40-45k plus bonus (depending on experience)
