About the role
Our organisation is on an exciting journey of transformation following the merger of St Barnabas, Chestnut Tree House and Martlets Hospice.
As Head of Operational Delivery, you will play a key role in the operational delivery of children and adult services across the Group.
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Head of Operational Delivery to oversee the day-to-day operational management of our specialist palliative care services across our three hospice sites. You will work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Essential criteria
* Lead and manage the delivery of operational services, ensuring the effective and efficient provision of healthcare services.
* Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance patient care, improve efficiency, and streamline processes.
* Oversee risk management, identifying and working with teams to address potential issues before they impact service delivery.
* Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and support teams to identify opportunities for service improvements.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality services within the community and across our three hospice sites in line with regulatory requirements, best practices, and Group objectives.
* Manage and mentor Clinical Administration teams across the Group, providing guidance, training, and support.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Multi-Disciplinary Teams (MDTs), healthcare providers, and external partners.
