About the Role:
As our Customer Service Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring every interaction is met with exceptional service. You’ll handle inbound enquiries, assist with customer queries, and support our sales team with administrative duties to help drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:
1. In-Bound Sales: Provide exceptional customer service, handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, while managing follow-ups and entering enquiries into the CRM system.
2. Sales Team Follow-Up Manager: Coordinate and track sales team tasks, ensuring timely report completion, organizing meetings, and maintaining action item follow-ups.
3. Sales Manager Support: Support the Sales Manager with administrative tasks to allow focus on key account management and sales strategy.
