Skills/Qualifications:
1. Educated to Degree / HND level in Food Science / Food technology or related subject
2. A thorough understanding of food safety processes and procedures, including a working knowledge of HACCP.
3. A clear understanding of sensory analysis
4. Exemplary written and oral communication skills.
5. Ability to work & influence across key functions within NFF
6. Proficient IT skills in all applications.
7. Strong organizational skills
Experience:
1. Experience of working and supporting an R&D function within the baking sector.
2. Experience of operating at a level within an organization, where strategic development and planning have been required and demonstrated.
3. Demonstrable record of achievement on delivering projects within an R&D function
4. Conducted industrial size trials, collection of data and reporting of results
5. Working in a cross functional team
6. Knowledge of project management
