Key Responsibilities of the Test Analyst: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review business requirements and create comprehensive test plans and scripts. Conduct functional, regression, and system testing to ensure that software solutions meet business needs and technical specifications. Document test cases, identify and report defects, and monitor test progress, maintaining high standards throughout. Develop and run automated testing scripts, striving to improve testing efficiency and quality. Participate actively in team meetings, peer reviews, and process improvement discussions. Install and configure software, conduct system upgrades, and confirm the accuracy of release notes. What you'll demonstrate as the Test Analyst: Professional experience of software testing in collaborative team environments. Strong understanding of the software development life-cycle and quality assurance principles. Excellent problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with Windows, MS Office, and an aptitude for learning and navigating new systems. Bonus: ISTQB/ISEB certification or exposure to automated and performance-based testing. Due to the nature of the work undertaken and clients supported you'll also be required to undertake Security Vetting.
