As a Senior Engineer, you will:
* Lead and manage diverse projects, ensuring technical excellence and quality assurance.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, shaping the next generation of industry talent.
* Design and analyse structures using cutting-edge 3D software (Tekla Structural Designer, Robot, ETABS, etc.).
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, attending design meetings and collaborating with clients.
* Drive innovation and assist in business development to expand EirEng’s presence across multiple sectors.
You will have:
* Experience: 8+ years in structural engineering, with expertise in Eurocodes/British Standards.
* Qualifications: A degree in Structural Engineering and Chartered Engineer status (IStructE or ICE).
* Skills: Proficiency in 3D modelling software, strong communication skills, and a proactive, motivated attitude.
* Leadership: Passion for mentoring and a desire to step into senior management roles.
