Role: As a Candidate Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, assessing, and representing business & technology transformation candidates to both colleagues and clients alike. The key purpose of this role is to work effectively with new and existing clients to best source and assess talent for their recruitment needs whilst continuing to build and elevate our clients' Executive brand.
Responsibilities:
1. Prioritize tasks and map out your own strategic recruitment plans.
2. Identify, attract, and select top-notch candidates primarily within the Business & Technology Transformation market.
3. Develop a proactive candidate pool, conducting 2-3 proactive interviews from our talent community.
4. Handle 7-8 interviews for active roles, ensuring a match between candidates and opportunities.
5. Present candidates to clients through report writing and video shortlist presentations.
6. Regularly update candidates through phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
7. Utilize various mediums such as social media, referrals, job boards, and LinkedIn to attract new candidates.
8. Maintain the database using CRM technology, JobAdder.
9. Develop strong candidate management strategies and relationships.
10. Engage in research and referral activities to create talent pipelines.
Key Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in HR, recruitment agency, or professional services (client-facing).
2. Knowledge of various interview and research methods/tools would be advantageous.
3. Strong consulting skills to offer clients recommendations, suggestions, and options.
4. Experience handling AU markets or AU recruitment processes.
