We are looking for a Workplace Coordinator to provide support to our London office.
The Workplace Coordinator is at the heart of our office operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for employees and visitors alike. This role combines office coordination, hospitality, and employee engagement to create a positive and productive work environment.
You will play a vital part in supporting day-to-day office operations and engagement activities to keep our team connected and informed, and our workspace in great shape.
Due to this role being all about our people and our workspace, this is a full-time on-site position Monday to Friday.
Your key focus will be:
* Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
* Coordinate office supplies, catering, equipment, and services, maintaining an organised and efficient workspace.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Manage the London mailbox, re-distributing messages as needed.
* Support end-of-year celebrations, team-building activities, and other internal events that enhance workplace culture.
* Onboarding support, working closely with the wider People and IT teams to ensure that all new joiners to the business have the best experience joining the company.
* Help to maintain and update internal documentation, office procedures, and communication channels.
* Support additional administrative and operational needs as required.
Requirements:

* High standards, holding yourself and those around you accountable to provide a best-in-class service.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent written and verbal English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong general technical IT skills.
