Currently working with a fantastic Client based in Heywood. Our client is a leading Freight Forwarding and Logistics company with offices worldwide looking for a Customer Success Co-Ordinator to help manage their growing portfolio of clients.
Working hours are – Full time, Monday – Friday, 9-5

Responsibilities:
The role of Customer Success Co-Ordinator will involve being the first point of contact for customers. The successful candidate will form part of a team that manages over customer accounts with which you will develop and maintain relationships with important customers.
5. Obtain a thorough understanding of the business to help customers as best as possible
6. Serve as the main point of contact for customers over the phone, email and in person when required
7. Ensure all queries are handled in a timely manner and as accurately as possible
8. Liaise with internal departments to ensure the relevant needs of accounts are met
9. Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel both internally and externally
10. Maintain and develop the CRM system
11. Work with an existing supplier base
12. Achieve customer objectives defined by company management
Profile:
13. Excellent customer service and communication skills
14. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
15. Detail driven and adherence to deadlines
16. Ability to work on own initiative, self-motivated
17. Computer literate with Office and CRM systems
18. Experience working in a customer facing role
19. Experience with Account Management is desirable
