Salary: London £35,510 - £44,387 / National £32,709 - £40,866 per annum
Location: London or Norwich – hybrid working arrangement
Contract Type: Secondment/fixed term contract for 12 months
We have a new and exciting opportunity as a Reward Analyst, to undertake job evaluations and associated work to help the business deliver the structures and roles required to deliver business objectives; whilst also supporting wider colleague understanding and engagement with pay and benefits, and contribute to the planning, communication, and delivery of cyclical and one-off reward projects.
You will also provide first line support on colleague reward questions and use Workday to process monthly reward changes.
We’re seeking someone with demonstrable experience of working in a reward environment who can work on their own initiative and effectively prioritize business as usual and change activities. Some experience of using job evaluation methodology (preferably Korn Ferry), salary benchmarking and understanding of organisational design principles would be advantageous.
