We are now inviting applications for the role of Sales and Profit Analyst to join the Musgrave Northern Ireland Finance Team. Reporting to the Financial Planning Manager, while working closely with the Sales Directors and the sales teams, the main responsibilities of this role include: Leading the business to ensure the key drivers of retail/wholesale sales performance are understood on a weekly basis to help drive the future performance of the business Understanding the drivers of performance and using these and market insights to lead the sales budget, forecast and strategic planning processes for the business Supporting the development and implementation of commercial plans, strategic initiatives and relevant business projects Adopting a business partnering approach with the sales teams and other key stakeholders Tracking and providing insights into market performance and economic factors impacting sales performance and business profitability including inflation reporting Ensuring appropriate and strong financial controls and processes are embedded across the business Supporting the business with the management and reporting of customer, brand and store profitability The ideal candidate will have/be: Professional Accountancy Qualification - ACA, CIMA, ACCA, etc. Previous experience in an analyst/commercial role Significant experience managing stakeholders and operating with senior stakeholders within an organisation Highly numerate and strong on data analysis and interpretation Previous experience in a FMCG would be an advantage Flexible and adaptable Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
