A leading Microsoft Gold Partner seeks a passionate individual to join their Microsoft 365 Managed Services Practice, providing 1st and 2nd line support for technical customer queries.

The company is a renowned Microsoft Gold Partner, delivering cutting-edge digital transformation solutions to a diverse range of clients across industries. They have a team of experts specialising in M365, Power Platform, and Azure services, driving innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support via phone, video, and email.
* Monitor, investigate, and resolve issues.
* Prioritize incidents based on client SLAs and update progress.
* Perform routine checks on Cloud infrastructure and assist with security reviews.
* Collaborate on system improvements and deployment for clients.
* Create support documentation and test plans.
* Investigate new approaches to enhance customer service.
Requirements
* Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
* Interest in computing, IT industry trends, and Cloud Services.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking services, and Windows OS is desirable.
* Microsoft certifications are advantageous (e.g M365 Fundamentals / Azure Fundamentals)
