Educational Requirements / Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Basic standard of education including qualification (GCSE or equivalent) in English and Maths
Desirable criteria
2. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in health and social care or a willingness to work towards achieving it.
Skills/Experience/Knowledge base
Desirable criteria
3. Experience of working with adults including the elderly.
4. Experience of working health or social care setting.
Personal Qualities / Aptitudes
Essential criteria
5. Ability to manage your time under pressure.
6. Demonstrable skills in written and spoken English, adequate to enable the post holder to carry out the role effectively.
7. Reliable, patient, observant, and willing to learn.
8. Team worker.
9. Flexible to meet the needs of the service including some weekend working.
Desirable criteria
10. Motivated and enthusiastic.
