We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Apprentice Data Analyst. The post-holder will work as a valued member ofthe Data Team based at Newfield House working towards a Data Analyst - Level 4Higher Apprenticeship. This will typically be one day a week with day release.You will be learning alongside and be fully supported by other apprentices inour team.
Hours : 37hours per week
Salary: £per hour
Main duties of the job
The role will involve a wide variety of dataextraction, understanding, data quality, analysis and reporting scenarios. Thesuccessful candidate will have responsibility for a number of data reports andwill collaborate closely with other team members on separate projects.

Job responsibilities
The data analyst will be required to:
1. Use all tools available ( Microsoft Power BI) to collate information and complete all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports in readiness for submission to commissioners and national bodies in line with company requirements.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders so that data confidence can be maintained and improved across the organisation.
3. Ensure management of all data tools and dashboards so that they remain accessible, relevant, accurate and useable.
4. Lead on data projects such as Power BI Training and Data Monthly Meetings.
5. When applicable, map new data sources and produce relevant and concise visuals so that these can be used by all relevant stakeholders.
6. Speedily and accurately resolve data quality issues, as and when these arise, and learn from where these occur to reduce likelihood of reoccurrence.
7. Work on own initiative to identify and interrogate data to identify trends and patterns that may lead to learning and wider business decisions.
8. Build a level of operational knowledge across the organisation to support meaning conversations regarding future business decisions.
9. Work closely with the Q&R team to ensure we maintain compliance with all information governance policies, such as Privacy by Design
10. Have a willingness to learn and expand knowledge across all aspects of the job role
