We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Team Leader to join our growing Talent and Reward team. This is an exciting opportunity to operate at a senior level providing strategic recruitment leadership and working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the acquisition of top talent aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives. This role will be based at our Helmshore/Rochdale sites with a minimum of 3 days in office each week (and will also includes frequent business travel and occasional overnight stays as needed). If you are an experienced Recruitment Team Leader or have the skills we're looking for with a passion for talent acquisition and leadership, we want to hear from you About the Role: As Recruitment Team Leader, you will report directly to the Head of Recruitment, playing a crucial role in driving efficiency, effectiveness, and transformation within the recruitment team. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring high standards of service delivery and leading a team of recruiters to achieve exceptional results. Your expertise and management will play a pivotal role in delivering recruitment strategies and optimising processes in line with our overall recruitment transformation goals. Core Duties and Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet business needs and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions. Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and offer strategic insights for both short- and long-term talent needs. Act as a business partner for skilled, senior, and revenue-generating roles. Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job profiling and sourcing to interviews and offer negotiations. Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates across multiple roles. Work closely with the Head of Recruitment to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the transformation of the Recruitment function. Ensure recruitment processes align with company values, culture, and strategic objectives, with a continuous focus on improvement. Coach and develop team members, helping them build recruitment capabilities and achieve individual and team goals. Monitor and report on recruitment performance, providing recommendations for improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance recruitment effectiveness. Manage relationships with external agencies and stakeholders when needed. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, managing teams, and influencing senior stakeholders. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technologies. Demonstrable experience working at a business partner level, advising senior leaders and hiring managers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across various teams. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of employment law and recruitment regulations. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems. Proven track record in agency and job board management, with strong negotiation skills. Innovative approach to recruitment advertising. CIPD / Recruitment / Management qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
