Seeking an experienced sales administrator to join a highly reputable real-estate company in the Cotswolds 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday cover required (1 in 3 or 4). Responsibilities include the following: Offer comprehensive administrative support to a fast-paced residential sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations. Professionally handle client communications, safeguarding confidentiality while fostering trust and positive relationships. Manage various tasks, such as drafting terms of business, verifying identification, preparing sales memoranda, tracking expenses, recording costs, and handling correspondence. Perform client onboarding, screening, and due diligence in accordance with regulatory standards. Create, proofread, and distribute property sales details, contracts, valuation reports, and client communications to the highest quality. Assist with invoicing, recovery of overdue payments, and managing supplier accounts. Update and maintain property databases, ensuring accuracy for sales and contractor compliance records. Ensure electronic filing systems are up to date, maintaining data integrity across all platforms.
