You will be part of a larger group with room to progress and further your career. So, what will your day to day look like? You will be part of the Administration Team and supporting with sales & service. You will be working towards your Business Admin Level 3 Qualification and attend 1-2-1 meetings via teams every month to discuss your progress with your tutor and learn about the modules. You will have a minimum of 6 hours per week to complete apprenticeship work which includes assignments, research, and training within your role. All apprenticeship work is completed in the workplace during your working hours. Daily tasks include: Preparing & sending workshop estimates. Processing sales orders. Raising delivery notes for completed jobs. Dealing with Customer Queries. Raising APC collections. Weekly scheduling with the workshop. Keeping the service inbox up to date. Liaising with suppliers and 3rd party suppliers. Scanning documentation. General administration duties as required to support the administration team. Why work with Altitude Safety? You must have a minimum of English/Maths GCSE 4/C to apply for this role and you must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years Communication, team working & customer care.
