Our client is looking for a professional and dedicated Workshop Controller to take the role at our client's state of the art dealership based in the Bishops Stortford area. You will work closely with the Service Manager and will be responsible for planning and coordinating workshop activity to meet customer requirements and maximize workshop utilization and profitability.

Key Tasks for the Workshop Controller Will Include:
1. Managing and motivating a team of workshop staff
2. Maximizing utilization and productivity to achieve set objectives and customers' expectations
3. Ensuring the DMS is updated and accurate
4. Identifying potential warranty claims as per manufacturers' requirements
5. Liaising with the parts department for them to order parts
6. Completing job cards
7. Undertaking performance reviews and initiating training where needed
About the person our client requires for the Workshop Controller role:
1. Main Dealer experience is essential
2. Experience within the Workshop Controller environment
3. An understanding of management and training techniques
4. Awareness of Health and Safety policies
5. The ability to be self-motivated to achieve targets
6. Excellent time management skills
