Job Purpose: The Professional Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling Stingblade. This role requires identifying business opportunities, establishing customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention. Min 10 years experience in sales Market a novel new British invention Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet individual and team sales targets. Identify potential customers and target markets. Research customer needs and identify sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and client meetings. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service. Provide product demonstrations and ensure clients are fully aware of the benefits and features of the company’s offerings. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track and report sales activities, including lead conversion rates, closed sales, and revenue generated. Prepare sales forecasts and update management regularly on progress against sales targets. Maintain accurate records Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with promotional strategies. Work with product development, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Attend sales meetings, trainings, and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills. Skills and Competencies: Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management. Proven ability to convert leads into sales and grow existing accounts. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
