What will you be doing?
We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Employee Benefits team in Glasgow, which is responsible for providing independent consultancy, advice and support to firms of all sizes and locations across the UK in relation to employee benefit and wellbeing strategies.
As a Client Servicing Assistant, your responsibilities will include among others
* Dealing with all administration requirements for clients
* Preparation of written reports relating to client specific cases
* Oversee the keeping of comprehensive client records and ensure that these are accurate and up to date at all times
* Dealing with clients by telephone, e-mail, face to face and in writing
* Dealing with insurance companies on behalf of clients
* Have a general understanding of the corporate market in which we operate, the products and services available and the legislation and other factors which affect solutions offered to clients

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should
* Significant relevant experience gained within either the financial or professional services industry
* Able to demonstrate a good knowledge of non-technical issues relating to the business conducted by Evelyn Partners Employee Benefits Consultants Ltd, in relation to Group Risk and Healthcare advice
* Strong communication skills
* Must have strong literacy and numeracy skills
* Must be able to work on own initiative
* Able to work well in a pressurised environment and to effectively prioritise work
