Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional results that align with our forward-thinking vision. Guide and empower teams to delivery exceptional care everyday In this vital leadership role, you’ll ensure our operational priorities are seamlessly aligned with strategic goals. You’ll oversee the efficient management of resources—including people, consumables, equipment, and facilities—ensuring smooth, effective day-to-day operations. Lead with purpose, collaborate with impact, and drive sustainable, high-quality care where it matters most This role offers the opportunity to engage in meaningful collaboration with other Operations Service Managers and cross-functional teams to drive safe, sustainable, and high-quality service delivery. You’ll also travel to Community Treatment Centres, gaining valuable insights and making a hands-on difference where it matters most.
