MCG RECRUITMENT are looking for a number of Breakfast and Bistro Chefs, for 4 different locations Lark Lane, The Docks, Duke Street and Central Liverpool
We are looking for immediate starts, trialing this week, at our brand new store near the new Everton Stadium. Hours will be 40 - 48, working between 8am and 9pm. Payrate £13.50 +

You will have at least 2 years experience at CDP level within a fresh food, high volume kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Maintain consistency and quality across all dishes, following brand standards.
Oversee stock control, ordering, and waste management.
Train, mentor, and develop junior chefs.
Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are met.
Contribute to menu development and innovation.
Support cost control and work within budget targets. What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a CDP Chef
Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Experience working in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen.
Knowledge of stock management and cost control.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Food safety and hygiene qualifications (Level 2 or above preferred). What’s in It for You?
