Academics are working alongside a great SEN School in Hillingdon looking for a Maths Teacher to join their team! You are experienced as a Maths Teacher and looking to progress with the role in your Education and Training Career. The school is seeking an individual who can cope well under pressure and support SEN pupils with significant needs
You are:
* Knowledgeable on multiple SEN Specialisms
* Enthusiastic and enjoys working with/supporting the children
* Caring, empathetic and approachable
* Either live in Hillingdon or within a commutable distance
* Experienced working with SEN/SEND children
* Able to manage behaviour and use techniques tailored to each student
Responsibilities
* Planning and Delivering the highest quality of lessons accommodating for the varying needs and abilities of the pupils
* Behaviour management
* Supporting students to excel and reach their full potential
* Classroom management
* Support for students both verbal and non verbal - using PECS is hugely desirable
