Duties
* Answer the telephone,
* Deal with client enquiries and assisting sales teams with quotations & tender documents
* Processing purchase orders
* Assisting with credit control
*
Ensuring all supplies are kept up to date within the building ( general housekeeping )
* Taking minutes in meetings
* Helping to do the admin parts for our ISO accreditations
* Ordering branded merchandise and installation uniforms
* Organising transportation, train tickets, flights
* Organising permits, and site access
* Booking accommodation for installers and directors
