Why would I want to work as a Business Development Representative at HubBox? As a Business Development Representative at HubBox, you will play a crucial role in our sales and growth efforts. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through various channels, but primarily through outreach. Your goal will be to create a robust pipeline of opportunities for our sales team and contribute to the company's growth and success. What would I be doing? Conduct proactive lead generation and research to identify potential customers and partners. Execute targeted outreach strategies, including email campaigns, cold calling, and other methods to engage partners and prospects. Collaborate with marketing to create and implement marketing outreach initiatives to generate leads and drive brand awareness. Qualify leads and assess their suitability for the sales pipeline based on predefined criteria. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and progress in the company's CRM system. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimise lead generation processes and strategies. What tools will I use? Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. A results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Google/ Microsoft Office suite a plus Self-motivated, driven, and able to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
