The PMO Specialist role is a critical position within our organization. The PMO Specialist is responsible for managing the demand for resources across the Networks organization, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with business objectives and supported by solid business cases. With their expertise in demand management, the PMO Specialist plays a vital role in driving business outcomes and ensuring that our teams are working on the highest priority initiatives. The role requires a strategic and analytical mindset, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with Digital stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning the PMO Relationship to our external business unit stakeholders.
* Owning the Annual Planning and subsequent change management process.
* Owning the Ways of Working with our partners.
* Providing monthly reporting and insight across the portfolio.
* Ensuring that the data is valid and constantly aligned with our internal stakeholders.
* Working closely with our Commercial and Internal portfolios.
* Leading and managing prioritisation to annual plans.
* A strong focus on improving processes.
