The role As a Business Operations Lead, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. As the Business Operations Lead you will develop and grow our people, help streamline core processes and increase the reliability of our operations to ensure we are fulfilling our customer’s current and future needs. Day-to-day, you’ll To work within a Business Operations team to lead on the delivery of support business related activities, enabling greater efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery. Assist the Head of Business Support and the Programme Leads in the development, monitoring and reporting on deliverables. Support the Programme Directors in delivering business related activities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the organisation. Co-ordinating resource information on behalf of the programme with a consistent approach feeding into the Integrated business planning supply and demand profiles. Support the Programme Directors in the development of efficient and effective Business Governance Processes including Business Continuity Plans to ensure it meets the corporate requirements. This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements. Essential Experience Of The Business Operations Lead Proven experience within a business or project management related environment. Good commercial and finance awareness. Proven leadership and strategic thinking skills. Enhanced IT and analytical skills. Good communication and Stakeholder skills, with the ability to work at all levels of the business. Qualifications For The Business Operations Lead Degree Level in STEM or Business related qualification. APM Project Management fundamentals.
