Pretty much in the centre of Scotland, we’re set in a 900-acre estate in stunning Perthshire. Home from home, we’ve been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. We have 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, six restaurants and over 60 onsite activities – there really is something for everyone!
About the role
We’ve an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Night Manager. You’ll successfully sort out any guest issues and make sure we make fabulous memories for our customers. You'll take every possible opportunity to talk to people, share our story and enhance the guest experience. We’ll train you on our fire panel system so you can take control, just in case of an emergency.
Hands on and able to multi-task, you’ll support our operational departments at peak times, to make sure our customers receive a seamless experience. This is a fabulous opportunity for you to develop your management experience in different operational areas.

* Leadership Skills: Confident and capable of overseeing the hotel during the night, ensuring smooth operations and leading by example.

* Problem Solver: Calm under pressure, with the ability to think on your feet and make quick, effective decisions.
* Organised: Able to prioritise tasks and ensure all nightly checklists, audits, and reports are completed accurately and on time.
* Security Conscious: Knowledgeable in health and safety, fire procedures, and security protocols to keep our guests and team safe.
* Team Player: Ready to support and collaborate with your colleagues to maintain high standards throughout the hotel.
* Attention to Detail: A keen eye for spotting anything out of place and ensuring the hotel is always looking its best.
* Flexibility: Comfortable working through the night and adapting to the unique challenges of the role.
With your positive attitude and dedication, you’ll help ensure our guests have a safe and comfortable stay, even in the quietest hours.
