Job Description Place - Housing and Homelessness Team Leader – Resolution Team Waverley Court Salary: £37,626 - £44.257 Hours: 36 per week We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and professional individual with exceptional attention to detail to join the Housing Service as the Resolution Team Leader. The successful candidate will lead the Resolution Complaints Team within the Housing and Homelessness Service. This role involves managing a team of officers, analysing complaints, and collaborating effectively with elected members. We seek an enthusiastic and driven individual who can lead their team in developing and managing a service that addresses complex complaints.
