The Position - Learning Support Assistant:
As a learning support assistant, you will be required to work with students both on a one-to-one basis as well as in small groups. The students that you will be supporting will have different needs including SEMH and varied learning difficulties. Ideally, you will have previous experience supporting children with additional needs as well as having classroom experience so that you can start in October and hit the ground running.
