Salary: up to 65k depending on experience

Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of BMS/HVAC projects, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your role will involve managing cost, quality, health & safety, and liaising with both internal stakeholders and customers to ensure complete satisfaction. You will lead project teams, ensuring smooth communication and project execution while promoting best practices in line with company policies.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Cost Management: Full management of allocated projects, ensuring the projects are completed within the allocated budget and timeframes.
Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to company ISO, H&S procedures, and policies. Ensure compliance with H&S and CDM requirements, including relevant documentation production.
Project Meetings & Reporting: Attend site progress meetings, producing weekly reports to monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly.
Project Variations & Payments: Responsible for submitting project variations and interim applications for payment.
Final Account Support: Assist in final account agreements, with support from the Regional Manager or Commercial Director.
Documentation Management: Maintain ECS project files according to quality management procedures and ensure all as-commissioned/witnessing information is stored correctly upon project completion.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with estimating/sales teams on both a technical and commercial level and manage subcontractors.
Project Scheduling: Create and manage detailed project programs and timelines to ensure timely delivery.
Revenue & Forecasting: Prepare monthly revenue forecasts and C2C reports for effective project cost control.
Customer Satisfaction: Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure their expectations are met, and their satisfaction is achieved.
Procurement & Resources: Oversee procurement of control items, sizing of control valves, and manage project resources efficiently.
Training & Safety: Ensure operatives are suitably trained for assigned tasks and that method statements and risk assessments are adhered to.
Design & Technical Submissions: Assist with project design, technical submissions, and review of external design engineering.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Weekly timesheet and progress report submission.
Program creation and management.
Achievement of delivered project GM% targets.
Effective C2C (Cost to Complete) management.
Sub-contractor/resource management and performance evaluation.
