So if you’re ready for your next challenge and want to be part of something exciting, now’s the perfect time to join us What you’ll be doing in the role: Driving the sales team to achieve reservations, exchanges and legal completions forecast. Ensuring reservations to exchange are concluded within a 6 week timeframe or in line with the agreed forecast. Escalate authority where appropriate to aid the conclusion of sales and reservations. Liaising with the Sales Progressor on communication and administration associated with sales transactions, progressing sales through to legal completion to support site cash flow. Having a commercial approach to sales releases and structuring deals for reservations in line with market conditions and site availability. Providing development, training and mentorship to your direct reports i.e. mystery shop debriefs and succession planning & PDR’s. Overseeing general CRM management and customer profile quality, by ensuring Sales Executives are accurately and consistently inputting customer data and are maintaining regular communication with potential buyers. Managing customer sales complaints if the Sales Executive cannot resolve, taking ultimate accountability for per-completion customer satisfaction. Show Home set up and sales office presentation both internally and externally, maintaining excellent standards in line with Newett Homes brand guidelines and marketing requirements. Contributing to the weekly meeting with the Sales and Marketing team, providing feedback from previous marketing initiatives and provide suggestions for upcoming week based on sales and local market reports. Working cohesively with other departments across the Operating Company such as Construction, Commercial and Legal to ensure achievement of completion targets and timely updates relating to plot progress. Providing regular training to the Sales Executives to ensure focus on providing an outstanding customer journey. Advocating the Group Health, Safety and Environment Policy whilst ensuring compliance throughout the team to ensure health and safety standards are met, including appropriate PPE. Contributing to the weekly sales meeting with up-to-date reporting on build/sales information. Setting quarterly targets for Sales Executives and providing coaching to help them achieve these, stepping in where appropriate. Liaising with Sales Executives, by taking feedback to relay to the Marketing Manager. Liaising with the Sales Progressor to understand support required for plot progression. Key skills needed for this role: Experience and demonstrable success within a similar role, from planning to closing. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
