Position: Supported Living Manager
Location: Ilford (covering 2 services)
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (with on-call responsibilities)

Howard Finley Care are seeking a dedicated Supported Living Manager to oversee and lead two supported living services in the Ilford area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and support, ensuring the well-being and independence of the people they serve.
About the Role:
As the Supported Living Manager, you will:
* Provide leadership and management across two services, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
* Develop and implement person-centred care plans to meet the unique needs of individuals.
* Manage and support a team of dedicated staff, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Oversee operational duties, including staffing, budgets, and service development.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and external stakeholders.
* Take part in an on-call rota to ensure continuity of care.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years' experience as a Deputy Manager or similar role in a supported living or related setting.
* Proven experience working with individuals with alcohol and substance misuse, learning disabilities, and mental health needs.
* A minimum of NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
* Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* A thorough understanding of CQC standards and compliance requirements.
* To be local to Ilford or able to commute reliably to the area.
