Description THIS POSITION IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT THERE IS OPPORTUNITY FOR THIS TO BE EXTENDED Job Title: FPI Service Administrator Department: Operations Role Outline: To manage the day-to-day incoming goods from Fluke customers requiring calibration/repair. This role is responsible for loading incoming goods into the Oracle system, tracking them through to the required technician and ensuring the product is stored in a safe location. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring customer units are booked into the Oracle system accurately, ensuring that customer details, product sent and services requested are correct. Responsible for the Admin (Goods Receipt and Tracking) of customer products within the Service cell. Ensures that customers are kept up to date on progress of their instrument, including ensuring that customers receive quotations for repair as appropriate and quotation status is tracked through the system. Provide support for service desk activities, including addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and escalating requests as needed Control stock of parts (replacement PCA’s, cases etc.) to assist Technicians with repair of products. Regularly counts stock to ensure accuracy. Answering incoming customer calls and communicating with internal teams to get updates. Additional Information: FBS Activities: A portion of time will be spent attending required meetings, 1:1 reviews, and Performance Appraisal reviews as communicated by the Management team. You are expected to take an active role in these events. The business may require you to actively participate/lead in continuous improvement events (Kaizens) or other applicable events which will be communicated to you from time to time. The business will require you to actively participate in Daily Management meetings to report out achieved results, drive problem solving and manage business expectations. To take an active role in the development of their own and teams FBS depth & breadth of knowledge in order to implement improvements in assigned area(s) Will act as a champion of FBS throughout production, ensuring that FBS is implemented in their area of control to the fullest extent possible. Position Scope: Receives work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review. Interaction: Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups. Interaction normally involves exchange or presentation of factual information. Interacts directly on occasion with Fluke customers to provide service updates.
