Purpose of job:
Our aim is to become a market leader in provision of Electric Vehicle charging solution provider to Local Authorities and Businesses as part of our strategy to lead the transition to zero carbon.
The goal is to undertake an ambitious electric vehicle charging installation program, deploying high volume and quality EV installations across the nation. Our aim is to make the world a better place, one charge point at the time.
The Marketing Manager will work within Zest’s Marketing team and is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing campaigns that support the overall marketing and business strategies. This role manages all aspects of a campaign, from market research and ideation, through to delivery and post implementation analysis to ensure measurable success
Key Accountabilities:
The role is responsible for the following:
* Lead and deliver the company’s marketing campaigns according to the marketing strategy,
* Management of Marketing Executive/s, leading their development in addition to day to day management,
* Set the metrics by which success will be measured and develop post campaign implementation reviews,
* Budget management,
* Work cross-functionally across the wider business to achieve shared goals,
* Monitor and maintain company branding to ensure consistency of brand image,
* Produce company marketing materials and literature in various mediums,
* Monitor marketing trends and conduct market analysis to identify opportunities,
* Manage the design and production of promotional materials,
* Plus any other duties as required by the leadership team.

Key Relationships:
* Internal – Marketing Director, Chief Marketing Officer, wider Marketing team, Chief Development Officer, Sales leads
* External – Local Authorities, Private partners, suppliers, external publications
Knowledge and Skills:
* 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work under pressure and at pace, organising priorities with a flexible and adaptable approach
* Excellent communication skills, able to communicate complex issues in an engaging and understandable manner
* Experience of people management within a marketing function
* Experience of influencing marketing strategy and adapting marketing propositions according to the competitive landscape
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience of implementing multichannel marketing campaigns and creating effective implementation plans
* Experience of working with market research data, data analysis and statistics
