Site Administrator – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are hiring for a reputable construction company for a 12-month fixed term contract as a Site Administrator role on a large civil engineering project in South East Ayrshire. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the construction industry!
Key Responsibilities:
Meet and greet visitors on site
Sign visitors into the office and escort them to designated meeting rooms
Set up meetings and manage scheduling
Handle site deliveries and ensure proper documentation
Collate and manually upload site timesheets from workers to an online platform
Work with COINS software (training provided)
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Administrator in a construction setting is beneficial, but not essential
Own transport is necessary as the site is not accessible by public transport
Site hours: 8am - 5pm (with a lunch break)
