About The Job:

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with account managers on a variety of administrative and coordination tasks
Prepare sales quotations using Excel and PowerPoint 📊
Create engaging image presentations and documents, including floorplans
Assist in specifying products that align with client function, design, and budget needs
Liaise with clients, addressing queries related to specifications
Learn about suppliers and their products to enhance your expertise
Support sales professionals with day-to-day needs, including orders and presentations
Participate in showroom and client visits to assist in product selection
Develop your product knowledge continuously
Resolve manufacturer or client queries through effective communication
Attend meetings with the team and clients to discuss project details
Build and nurture relationships with clients and suppliers
Providing personal assistant duties to the directors when needed. 🤝Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Required:
Proven experience as a dedicated administrator supporting a busy team
Experience within logistics and/ or operations
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Keen attention to detail
Ability to thrive under pressure
