Job Overview
We are looking for someone with experience in the community and voluntary sector and project delivery to join the Early Help and Support in the Community Team.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Programme Manager to proactively develop and nurture effective partnership working across the Place Based Partnerships and local delivery partners in line with Public Health objectives.
This new post offers the opportunity to be part of the ongoing development of early help and prevention at Nottinghamshire County Council, supporting better outcomes for our residents by connecting internal and external support and services across communities.
You will hit the ground running joining a team already working across Nottinghamshire to improve the health and wellbeing of residents and community provision - this role will be key to drive a systemwide approach focusing on the building blocks of good health.
