Rydym am benodi gweithwyr chwarae sesiynol i weithio yn y ddarpariaeth chware drwy gydol y flwyddyn o fewn Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy.
Bydd gweithwyr chwarae’n mwynhau gweithio’n yr awyr agored, gyda phlant, byddwch yn llawn egni a brwdfrydedd ac yn gallu defnyddio eich menter eich hun i sefydlu amgylchedd cyfoethog yn llawn gemau a chwarae a hwyluso chwarae ar gyfer plant 5-15 mlwydd oed.
Bydd gan ymgeiswyr brofiad o weithio gyda phlant a phobl ifanc mewn maes perthnasol. Mae trwydded yrru lawn lân yn hanfodol ar gyfer swyddi’r Weithwyr Chwarae oherwydd yr angen i allu gyrru faniau sy’n cael eu llogi gan CBSC ledled Conwy; bydd addasiadau rhesymol yn cael eu gwneud ar gyfer ymgeiswyr ag anableddau.
Oherwydd natur y gwaith, bydd penodiad yn amodol ar wiriad boddhaol gan y Gwasanaeth Datgelu a Gwahardd.
Er mwyn cael cydbwysedd o ran sgiliau’r tîm, mae’r gallu i gyfathrebu drwy gyfrwng y Gymraeg yn hanfodol ar gyfer hanner y swyddi ac yn ddymunol ar gyfer gweddill y swyddi.

Work base: Throughout Conwy County Borough Council
We are seeking to appoint sessional playworkers to work within the all year round play provision within Conwy County Borough Council.
Playworkers will need to enjoy working outdoors, with children, be energetic, full of enthusiasm and able to use your own initiative to set up a rich play and games environment and facilitate play for children aged 5-15 years.
Candidates will have experience of working with children and young people in an appropriate field. A full, clean driving licence is essential for some playworker roles due to the need to be able to drive CCBC hired vans, throughout Conwy; reasonable adjustments will be made for applicants with disabilities.
Due to the nature of the work, the post is subject to a satisfactory check from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
To balance the skills within the team the ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh is essential for half of the posts and desirable for the rest of the posts.
